Salmar has given an offer to buy NTS ASA
Source: Uttalelse fra styret i NTS ASAA unanimous board of NTS ASA recommends the shareholders to accept the voluntary offer made by SalMar ASA to buy all outstanding shares in NTS.
SalMar offers to buy all outstanding shares for NOK 24 and 0.143241 shares in SalMar per NTS share. The contact and share consideration corresponds to NOK 120 per share based on the closing price of the shares in SalMar on 11 February 2022.
